This letter is to let you know what we are doing to keep youand our staff safe as we navigate these difficult waters of current events.
We want to let you know that short of a government mandate, WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS! We believe we are safe and valuable service, particularly at this time.
We have terrific cleaning products and a thorough cleaning process as you may know. Our all-purpose cleaner disinfects and kills most known bacteria and virus’ including past Corona virus. We have trained, and will continue to train our staff on how to best make you home germ-free as possible.
We have a relaxed standard for sick days. If an employee or anyone living in their home exhibits flu-like symptoms, we are asking them to stay home. Our staff come into our office every morning before work. We are monitoring this daily for symptoms of the Corona COVID-19 virus or any illness.
We are asking that if anyone in your home exhibits any of these symptoms, that you call us to reschedule your cleaning. We have built our business on flexibility and consistency and can accommodate a lot of change (and we assume we will.)
Our published mission statement says simply, We Try Harder, We Work Happier, We Clean Smarter, We Stay Affordable. Our pledge to you when we come to your home is that we will be healthy, happy and useful to you.
